New customer, 1st time visit here on 4/12/25…last time was w/ my friend in Feb. 2025 and the store was a Great Site! Coming back to get some stuff and my associate helper Nathalie was Excellent and helping me pickup and discover some Cool and amazing items. Will definitely be back for more!
I love going to this place, especially with my mom. She loves going in and looking around at all the awesome stuff they have. And it’s important to her that she has that ability here because she is in a wheelchair. The store has a small ramp to the far right of the staircase. But that’s not all. The staff is wonderful about everything. They hold the doors open when we’re going in and are kind enough to open the big garage doors in the front to make it easier to get her out. These acts of kindness mean the world to my mom because it helps her feel just like a normal person, not a normal person but in a wheelchair. We drive there all the way from Massapequa park because their kindness and hospitality make it worth the trip.
Definitely one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to, including LA, CT & NY! Richie is the best bud tender! Made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in! They also have a great cafe so you can order and smoke in a clean relaxed environment! Definitely my new go to!

Tipi really makes you feel like you’re in a chill, safe, positive environment with a non judgmental, chill attitude. People here treat you well! Ive been to other stores on the reservation and some act like they dont want you in their store and just stare at you offering no information and make you feel unwelcome, NOT AT TIPI!! I had an enlightening conversation with joshua, very intelligent and was extremely welcoming, answering almost every question he was able to answer and told me about how he really put the work in with everything from the design of the building to customer/employee interactions. I had such an incredible experience at Tipi Canna Cafe, and it was truly because of the amazing team—April, Julius, Kayvon, and Maritza. From the moment I walked in, the energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely positive. April went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, with such a kind and attentive presence. Julius brought a great vibe—super knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. Kayvon was just as impressive, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and making sure I left confident in my choices. And Maritza tied it all together with her friendliness and professionalism—she made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. What really stood out wasn’t just their knowledge, but how much they actually care about the customers. It didn’t feel transactional at all—it felt personal, like they truly wanted me to have the best possible experience. It’s rare to come across a team that works so seamlessly together while also making each customer feel individually valued. Because of them, I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. If you’re thinking about stopping by, do it—you won’t regret it.
Maritza was absolutely amazing with her service she was very quick and easy and also very sweet , Andrew also at the canna cafe was great he also was very professional and he explained everything about the infusions, all around this place is great , let’s you smoke and eat in the place, all the people here are so chill and the prices are spectacular, if you create an account here they give you 30 percent off on your first purchase, I’m very happy I came in here.
Literally the best place to go for all your tobacco and THC needs. They have absolutely amazing pastries, both infused and otherwise. I stop here a couple times a week to get myself a pack of fresh baked cookies that are to die for. The employees are really nice and when you get to know them they will greet you as if you were long time friends.
